At Inner Yoga Studio, we open our door to everyone. We believe that yoga is for everyone regardless of age, gender and body type. We welcome anyone who is ready to relax, calm, laugh or let go. You do not have to be a “yogi” or even know what this word means to practice at our studio. Whether you can touch your toes or not, handstand or not, backbend or not. We are here to help you awaken your inner awareness.
